To all the moms in our Forum community — today we celebrate you.

The ones balancing workouts between school drop-offs, work meetings, sleepless nights, snack packing, and everything in between. The ones showing up for themselves while giving so much to everyone else. Your strength goes far beyond the studio walls, and we feel lucky to move alongside you every day.

And today, we also hold space for the moms who are no longer with us. The women whose love, guidance, resilience, and care helped shape the incredible humans we know today. Their impact lives on in the way you move through the world, care for others, and show up in this community.

Motherhood looks different for everyone, and today we honour all forms of it — with gratitude, love, and recognition.

Beautiful studio! Sarah’s class is my favourite because she has the knowledge to make small critiques to my form to make sure I’m getting the most out of my workout! Along with many options to make a move easier or more difficult! Great music and vibes!

It’s pretty hard to miss on the Mindbody app where it’s written in big capital letters that late arrivals aren’t accepted and doors are locked right on the hour lol. Forum has always been very transparent about their late policy and communicated that clearly, so if you show up at 6 o’clock for a 6 o’clock class, that’s not on them, it’s on you. I love this studio, the owners, and I’ve had nothing but fantastic classes here, 5 stars all around. Proud to support a local, women-led business. P.S: Is it ironic that the only one-star reviews were all posted within the same day and all complain about being late for a 6 p.m. class? (don’t think so). Maybe just read before you book next time ✌️

I have absolutely loved every experience I’ve had at Forum. I’ve gone to classes with friends, and on my own and the inclusive community atmosphere at Forum is unmatched. I hadn’t done Reformer Pilates prior to Forum, so I was very nervous. But the instruction was clear and guided me through class with ease. And I was super sore (in the best way) the next day! 10/10 recommend!
