Terms of Service
1. Forum Unlimited Membership Benefits
As an Unlimited Member, you are entitled to:
- Unlimited access to all Reformer Pilates classes offered by Forum Pilates Studio.
- Priority booking for all classes, 7 days in advance.
- Discounts on workshops and private sessions.
- Invitations to exclusive member-only events.
2. Membership Fees
- The Unlimited Membership is billed at a rate of $320.00 + tax per month.
- Membership fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis via the payment method provided at the time of registration.
- All fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in this agreement.
3. Term and Termination
- The membership is on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required.
- You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
- Forum Pilates Studio reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for breach of this agreement or conduct deemed inappropriate by the studio.
4. Class Reservations and Cancellations
- Members must reserve their spot in each class. Reservations can be made online through mind body.
- Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled class time. Late cancellations will be charged $15.00 + tax and no-shows $35.00 + tax to the credit card on file.
5. No Show Policy
- Punch Pass/Drop In: No shows will be charged $15.00 + tax and no-shows $35.00 + tax to the credit card on file.
- Waitlist: If you’re on the waitlist for a class, please monitor your status to see if you’ve been added. If you no longer wish to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist. Our no-show and late cancellation policies apply to all clients who are admitted from the waitlist as well. The waitlist will continue to allow clients in up to 2 hours before class begins.
6. Membership Holds
You may request a hold on your membership for a minimum of 1 month a year and a maximum of 3 months due to medical reasons. A request must be submitted in writing to the studio management.
7. Changes to Membership Terms
Forum Pilates Studio reserves the right to modify membership terms, fees, or benefits at any time. Members will be notified in writing of any changes at least 30 days in advance.
8. Liability Waiver
By becoming a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Liability Waiver provided at the time of registration, releasing Forum Pilates Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages resulting from participation in classes or use of the studio.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for an Unlimited Membership, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
11. Transferability
Class passes and drop-in classes are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who made the purchase.
12. Expiry
All class passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable, regardless of whether the classes have been used in full or in part. Similarly, drop-in classes are also non-refundable.
