Beautiful studio! Sarah’s class is my favourite because she has the knowledge to make small critiques to my form to make sure I’m getting the most out of my workout! Along with many options to make a move easier or more difficult! Great music and vibes!

Maddie is an incredible Pilates instructor! Her energy is infectious, and she makes the class both challenging and fun 🎉. The flow was seamless, and her cues were spot on . I left feeling strong, centered, and totally relaxed. Highly recommend!

I have absolutely loved every experience I’ve had at Forum. I’ve gone to classes with friends, and on my own and the inclusive community atmosphere at Forum is unmatched. I hadn’t done Reformer Pilates prior to Forum, so I was very nervous. But the instruction was clear and guided me through class with ease. And I was super sore (in the best way) the next day! 10/10 recommend!

Every class is challenging yet fun, with creative sequences that keep things fresh. I’ve noticed huge improvements in my strength, flexibility, posture, and confidence since joining.
