I took an intro class and had so much fun. The moves were simple to follow but had just the right amount of difficulty to execute. I’m so excited to continue to progress in Pilates. The next day I was sore in all the right places, but not like dying- you know?You can tell how much attention to detail the owners/instructors put into this studio. Definitely recommend.

I’ve taken a few intro classes from Amy and I am so impressed! The studio is so relaxing and beautiful. I’m in my postpartum era and she has always been amazing at tailoring the movements and working with me. I leave every class feeling amazing! Must try!

Such a beautiful studio! The instructor was clear in describing each move and when correcting form. The reformers are easy to work with and provide a challenging but attainable workout. An amazing experience overall in a gorgeous environment!

The class was amazing!! It was balanced and an amazing full body workout. Instructions were clear and it was overall the perfect class to get comfortable with the reformer!
