Your Running, Reformed: A New Way to Train with Forum Pilates
At Forum, we believe training should be smart, balanced, and built for longevity—which is exactly why we’ve created something special for runners this summer.
Introducing The Running Forum: a 4-class reformer Pilates series designed to complement your run training. This isn’t just cross-training—it’s movement with purpose, precision, and performance in mind.
Why Runners Need Reformer Pilates
Running is high-impact and repetitive. Reformer Pilates helps offset that by focusing on strength, stability, and mobility—especially in the hips, core, and glutes. It’s the perfect tool to help runners improve form, prevent injury, and enhance recovery.
Led by Forum Co-Founder Amy, this series was developed in collaboration with Kylie Morrison, BKin, a certified Exercise Physiologist and High-Performance Specialist. It’s designed specifically to support runners—no Pilates experience required.
